Lanzarote Events is a free, independent guide to everything happening across Lanzarote: fiestas and romerías, live music, markets, sport, culture, family days out and more. We built it because there wasn’t one simple, trustworthy place to answer the question every local and visitor asks — “what’s on this week?”
What we do
We gather events from every town on the island — Arrecife, Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, Haría, Yaiza, Tinajo, San Bartolomé, Teguise and beyond — and put them in one clean, easy calendar.
Everything is bilingual (English and Spanish), works beautifully on your phone, and is completely free to use. No account, no clutter.
How it’s made
Every day, we pull in listings from official town halls, organisers, venues and trusted local sources, then hand-check the important ones. We only publish real, verified dates — if we can’t confirm when something is happening, it doesn’t go on the calendar.
That means fewer events than a site that lists rumours, but the ones you see, you can trust.
Independent and free
We’re not owned by a hotel, a tour company or a town hall. We’re independent, and the site is free for everyone. In time we’ll cover our costs through a few relevant local ads and travel recommendations — always clearly marked, never at the expense of the events themselves.
From the island, with a camera
We don’t just list events — we go to them. When we can, we bring back real photos and video from Lanzarote’s fiestas, concerts and markets, so you can see what a night out or a village fiesta actually looks like before you go. Our Island Diary is where that lives.
