Fiestas de San Ginés — Arrecife’s Patron Festival

Arrecife’s biggest celebration, honouring the city’s patron San Ginés. The main day, 25 August, brings a solemn mass and procession, a major open-air concert and fireworks over Playa del Reducto. In the run-up the capital fills with concerts around the Charco de San Ginés lagoon, a seafaring romería, street parties and the beloved Fiesta de la Chola.
