A short ferry from Órzola in the north crosses to La Graciosa, an island of sandy tracks, white houses and empty golden beaches with no paved roads. Caleta de Sebo is the only village. Rent a bike or walk to Playa de las Conchas beneath its red mountain — one of the wildest beaches in the archipelago.
